Do you have the tools and data required to configure your space to meet employee demands and enforce company policies in a hybrid environment?
Are you ready for varying regulations at different locations?
Have you evaluated technologies to help you manage desk/office reservation requirements?
Do you have technologies for employees to easily reserve a desk, sign up for collaboration space and receive company communications?
Are you prepared for contact tracing, if required?
Have you evaluated how your space requirements will change due to new hybrid working models?
Have you examined lease options of your portfolio against work from home projections and have a plan to reduce those obligations?
Will you have access to utilization data (by building, floor, rooms, desks) to understand space usage on which to base portfolio right-sizing decisions?
Have you implemented technologies that help you manage higher employee/desk ratios, and avoid workspace conflicts?
