Comfy is on a mission to create amazing workplace experiences for everyone—from the people who operate the building to the people who fill it. We create great relationships between people and their workplaces.
Meet Comfy, everyone's favorite workplace app
Our founding principles
Building Science
We integrate across a diverse set of operational technologies (building automation, lighting controls, IoT networks).
Computer Science
We collect unique data and use machine learning to both customize the user experience and drive operational efficiencies.
Consumer Apps
We design, build, and provide support for intuitive, consumer-like app experiences.
We have a stronghold in commercial real estate around the world
sq ft of contracted office space
countries active around the globe
data points collected and analyzed
Our target market: commercial real estate
Comfy is sold exclusively within the commercial office vertical. We proudly work with leading enterprises and thousands of employees around the world. (We do not support deployments in hospitals, airports, retail, or other verticals at this time.)
Our solution
Comfy is a workplace experience app that gives employees personal control,
while delivering operational results for workplace teams. Unlike other
workplace app solutions, Comfy directly integrates with systems to
provide on-demand control and smart automation, all within a single, intuitive app.
A single app built for employees
Comfy gives employees control over their workplace—to adjust temperature and lighting, find and book a room, submit feedback to workplace teams, and more—so they can comfortably do their best work.
Delivering results for workplace teams
Comfy creates a better way to work and delivers the operational results that workplace teams need. Comfy increases employee satisfaction, operational savings, and space utilization, while helping free up resources and detecting workplace issues.
FAQ: Comfy and Siemens working together
How does Comfy integrate with Siemens systems?
Comfy integrates with existing building automation systems via the BACnet protocol. We have integrated with both Apogee and Desigo and simply require that the BMS be BACnet-enabled. Check out our Trust Center to learn more about integrating with Comfy.
How will Comfy and Siemens be working together?
We’re currently working with select North American Building Technology branches and account teams to vet Comfy opportunities and test and deliver our joint value. We’ll be taking learnings from these targeted engagements into our plans to engage the global Siemens teams more broadly.
