There are many reasons to be hopeful in 2021, not least the potential for a return to normalcy and with it, a return to our offices. However, it's clear the workplace is undergoing a transformation based on strong employee preferences for a hybrid work/office model, and a desire by portfolio managers to right-size their office space obligations.
